Phil England is not just a talented young sports photographer – he’s also a rad drummer. Phil’s newest band with vocalist Jimmy Beasley is Disservice, a crushing heavy hardcore band out of Flagstaff, AZ. The new self-titled EP from Disservice features five tracks of absolute punishment.
We spoke to Phil about the record:
After years of seeing heavy hardcore bands in the Phoenix scene, like no altars, and 7Serpents, we decided to bring that kind of energy to Flagstaff, while adding a more traditional hardcore sound.
