Minnesota Christian / straight edge band Venia have broken up. The band played their final show May 20th at The Beat in Minneapolis, with Dan Mills’ Cold World, Reggie McCafferty’s Backtrack, Dead End Path, and Expire.
Formed in 2006, Venia went on to record 2009’s Frozen Hands and 2010’s I’ve Lost All Faith In Myself, both on Blood & Ink Records.
Although we have heard a rumor (as of yet unconfirmed) that guitarist Ben Kocinski may be continuing the band with a new line-up…
