Welcome to Pride Month.
It's hard not to be cynical about Pride Month seeing all the companies jump on the bandwagon to sell Pride-themed product. Or even worse, the companies that have abandoned their Pride initiatives this year, showing that their past commitments were largely performative, rainbow capitalism.
Since the beginning, we always felt it was important not to take money out of the pockets of queer creators and small businesses by offering LGBT-themed products.
WELL NOT THIS YEAR. THIS YEAR IS DIFFERENT.
This year we want every dollar you have to spare, so we can write a big fat cheque (or more likely a Paypal transfer) to send money to Human Rights Campaign, champions of LGBT rights throughout the United States and elsewhere!
All, that means ALL proceeds shall be donated to Human Rights Campaign. The more we sell, the more we give.
