Expire and Walter Delgado‘s Rotting Out are set to lay waste to the old country in early 2013. The bands will be touring Europe and the UK this February and March. Following Rotting Out’s return to the US, Expire will also stick around to play Germany’s Recovery Fest, and Northcote Fest the next day in the Netherlands.
