San Jose straight edge band Back x Burner have released their debut EP. The record, entitled Think For Yourself, features four tracks of aggressive straight ahead hardcore, with guest vocals from Dominic Felice of The Rest Will Fall. Listen to the record below.
We spoke to frontman Cole Gilbert about the record:
What began as a joke powerviolence band in March of 2014 has become the proudest endeavor of my life. Now, we’ve got our debut EP out through Snowball Fight Records, a split EP in the works, and multiple shows booked across California. The reaction we’ve received so far just blows me away, it’s one thing to create and release music I love but for people across the nation to enjoy it as well brings me more joy than one could even fathom.
