Salt Lake city youth crew outfit Chained Down, featuring Tyler Phillips and William Palicte, have just released their latest EP. Their second release since forming in 2013, Who We Are is the follow-up to 2014’s Crossroads.
Phillips previously did vocals for Speak Out, and also plays in No Sun. Both Phillips and Palicte were recently featured in One Voice interviews with local Salt Lake City magazine Grudge City Activities.
