Former Have Heart frontman Pat Flynn has released a record with his current project, Sweet Jesus. The Massachusetts hardcore band’s full length, entitled You Destroy Yourself, blends mid-90’s punk rock like Supersuckers / Gashuffer, Fugazi-style post-hardcore breaks, and a Cancer Bats / Maylene southern vibe. The album is set for wide release March 17th with a later vinyl release by Atomic Action. Guest appearances include Shawn Brown of Dag Nasty and Andy Norton of Praise.
