Daniel Martinez is the master of DIY music production, self-producing and releasing albums as xCRUTCHx. The Texas native is currently working on his second album Not Like The Rest as a follow-up to 2012’s Revival.
We caught up with Daniel to talk about what it takes for a band to start self-producing their own records, and what it has been like growing up next to the US-Mexico border.
