With roughly 35 minutes of blaring screams, blazing drum beats, and intense fuzzed-out guitar licks, AFI’s lead vocalist Davey Havok and guitarist Jade Puget present their new straight-edge hardcore band XTRMST and its self-titled debut album. Between with chaotic chants about rebelling from societal norms and prevailing messages of revolting against a tyrannical system, this album’s combative sound rallies up its listeners in a warlike rampage.
The Conformist video is directed by DJay Brawner, and produced by Anthem Films, Inc. The XTMRST debut full-length is out next Tuesday, November 18th, through Dim Mak Records.
